* You can beat the chocolate mass with a whisk or a mixer. As a rule, the mass thickens in 5-7 minutes. However, if it has not gone astray within 10-12 minutes, additional cooling is required. Put the container with the mass in the freezer for a while, making sure that the mass cools down, but does not freeze, and then beat it again.
