Put the cheese in a bowl, add sour cream, semolina and mix with a spoon. If your cheese is granular (rather than pasty), it should be rubbed through a sieve or crushed together with sour cream in a blender.

Melt the white chocolate completely in a water bath.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer until light and fluffy.

Add the beaten eggs to the curd mass and mix with a mixer.

Then add melted white chocolate to the cheese-egg mixture and mix again with a mixer.

At the end, add raspberries and gently mix with a spoon.

Grease the mold with butter or margarine and generously sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the prepared mixture into the mold and bake in an oven heated to 180 °C for 40-45 minutes.
