Cheese donuts – recipe with photo

Today we are preparing the most delicious mother’s donuts in the world – lush, ruddy and very tasty. Sprinkled with powdered sugar, their unforgettable taste is the taste of a happy childhood.

cheese (5-9% fat) — 250 g;
chicken eggs – 2 pcs.;
baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon;
sugar – 3 tbsp. L.;
salt – a pinch;
vanillin – a pinch;
wheat flour – 190-200 g;
vegetable oil for frying.

The process of making cheese donuts.

Grate the cheese. Add eggs, a pinch of sugar, salt, soda and vanilla to it. We mix.

Add flour in small portions and knead the dough. It should be thick.

Dip a tablespoon into heated vegetable oil and scoop the dough into it like this.

Dip in well-heated sunflower oil. We put enough pieces of dough so that there is enough space between them. They should not collide.

WARNING! When cooking in oil, they turn over by themselves, but this process must be controlled. Fry for at least 2 minutes on each side. Reduce the heat if necessary.

Place the finished donuts on paper towels to remove excess oil. This is how golden, airy, delicious cheese donuts turn out.
