Cheesecakes with a surprise. Recipe for how to cook cheesecakes in a pan

cheese (5-9% fat) — 700 g;
chicken eggs – 1 pcs.;
salt – a pinch;
sugar – 100 g (also focus on your taste);
vanillin – 1 g (also focus on your taste);
flour – 80 g;
boiled condensed milk – 100 g (for 8 cheesecakes);
vegetable and butter for frying.

Output — 16 pcs. (8 classic + 8 with boiled condensed milk).

Today we are making cheesecakes. They are loved in every family and every housewife prepares them in her own way. Today there will be another version of classic cheesecakes and cheesecakes with a surprise.

To prepare cheesecakes, I take cheese in washers with a fat content of 5 to 9%. I don’t take cheese in packages, as it contains a lot of whey. So, in order for the cheesecakes to keep their shape, you will need to add more flour. This will make them dense and spoil their taste. The less flour, the softer and more tender the cheesecakes are. At the same time, they keep their shape well and do not burn.

The process of making cheesecakes with a surprise.

Mash the cheese with a spoon.

Add salt, sugar, vanillin to the cheese and mix everything thoroughly.

Add 2 tablespoons of sifted flour and mix well. I repeat, it is important not to clog the cheese dough with flour, the taste of the cheese cakes directly depends on this. Since the amount of sugar you have may be different from the one suggested in the recipe, the amount of flour may also be different. Therefore, focus on the fact that as soon as the moment comes when the cheese dough begins to roll into a ball when mixed, then the flour is enough.

We proceed to the formation of cheesecakes. Sprinkle the work surface liberally with flour.
Scoop the dough into a tablespoon with a slide, roll it in flour, form a ball, and then make a classic cheesecake.

And now cheesecakes with a surprise. We make a slightly larger classic cheesecake and put boiled condensed milk on it (a little more than half a teaspoon). Pinch the edges and form again into a classic cheesecake.

Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and add a small piece of butter to it. Fry the cheesecakes on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. You can use only one vegetable oil or only butter. Here the choice is yours.

We spread the finished cheesecakes on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.

Cheesecakes are juicy and soft with an incredibly appetizing vanilla aroma. They do not have a floury taste, but have a rich taste of cheese. They are very good with sour cream, jam or honey. A great option for a hearty breakfast or snack that the whole family will like. Bon appetit!
