Cheesecakes with apricots – recipe with photo

Today we will cook cheesecakes with apricots. They are adored by everyone – adults and children. This is an excellent option for breakfast with tea or coffee. To prepare them, we will need quite simple products, but as a result, cheesecakes turn out to be incredibly tasty.

Ingredients:
dry granulated cheese – 500 g;
apricots or other berries and fruits – 200 g;
sugar – 100 g;
flour – 100 g;
eggs – 1 pc.;
pinch of salt

The process of making cheesecakes.

Mix cheese with egg, sugar and salt. Beat with a blender until smooth or you can rub it through a sieve.

Add flour here and knead the dough.

We grease our hands with sunflower oil and form cheesecakes.

Before frying, I bread the cheesecakes in flour.

Fry in a pan on both sides until golden brown.

After that, we put the cheesecakes on a baking sheet and send them to the oven heated to 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes. I always finish the cheesecakes in the oven to avoid a raw interior.

From this number of ingredients, I got 12 rather large cheesecakes, which, as usual, disappeared in 5 minutes.
