Ingredients:
cherries 1 kg
sugar 0.5 kg
3-4 cloves
vanillin 1 bag
cinnamon (stick) 1 pc
1 nutmeg (if you don’t have it, it’s not necessary)
cherry leaves 2-3 pcs
vodka or cognac or whiskey. 750 ml
Product output — 1 liter. 400 ml.

Preparation.
Remove the stems and pits from ripe cherries, put the cherries in a bottle with a wide mouth and cover with sugar. Add cloves, vanilla, a piece of cinnamon, nutmeg, cherry leaves.

Leave for 8-10 days, then add vodka. After 4-5 weeks, filter and bottle.
