Chicken breast – 2 halves;
200 g of mushrooms (champignons are better);
100 g of cheese;
3 eggs;
Bulb of medium size;
A glass of yogurt or kefir;
Garlic – 3 cloves;

Method of cooking:
Boil and cool the meat, cut it into small cubes and put it in a bowl.

Fry the onion as usual so that the color is golden.

Cut the mushrooms. Add them to the onion. Fry them together until they are browned. Put in a separate plate to cool.

Mix the egg with 2 egg whites, add salt and beat. Bake a pancake in a dry pan.

This pancake must be cut into squares.
