Chicken breast under a vegetable pillow – a recipe with a photo

Today we will prepare a chicken breast under a vegetable coat and cheese. The meat prepared in this way is very tasty, juicy and soft. Such a dish will easily become a favorite dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients:
chicken breast – 1 pc.;
onion – 1 pcs.;
tomato – 2 pc.;
cheese – 100 g;
mayonnaise – 100 g;
potatoes – 2-3 pcs.;
salt.

The process of cooking chicken breast with vegetables and cheese.

Cut the washed and dried chicken fillet lengthwise into 2 parts. We beat each of the parts a little with a hammer from both sides. This is done so that the meat becomes softer. Salt each piece on one side.

We grease the form in which we will bake with oil. We lay out the prepared chicken breasts.

Grate the potatoes on a fine grater and add a little salt. Place the chicken breast on top.

Next, cut the tomatoes into circles. We also put it on top of the potatoes.

Cut the onion into rings. Dividing it into rings, put it on top of the tomatoes.

Spread mayonnaise liberally on top.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. We put it on top of the mayonnaise.

Put the chicken breast with vegetables in the oven heated to 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.

Chicken fillet with vegetables, prepared according to this recipe, turns out very soft and juicy, with an appetizing cheese crust on top.
