Preparation:
Boil potatoes, peel, cool.

Put 1/3 of the potatoes (in circles or on a grater) in the bottom of the mold, lightly salt, 1/2 of the minced meat with carrots, a little cheese, 1/3 of the potatoes, salt, the rest of the minced meat, the rest of the potatoes, and sprinkle everything with cheese (here, who likes, you can have more).

Bake at 180 gr. about 30 minutes. Delicious with a cheese crust.
