On a day off, you want not only to treat your family to something delicious, but also to do things that you don’t have time for on weekdays, and just relax. Then recipes come to the rescue, participation in the preparation of which takes little time, as the oven comes to the rescue. Today I offer a dish for chicken lovers.

Chicken casserole is an excellent dish for both children and adults. After all, it is prepared from dietary meat and in the oven, so it is not greasy, and also has a delicate taste and an appetizing smell. Kefir, which is included in the composition, gives the casserole juiciness and softness. Casserole goes well with mashed potatoes or vegetable salad. Also, as an option, pour a sauce that your family likes.

– chicken fillet – 400 g;
– egg – 1 pc.;
– onion – 1 pc.;
— garlic — 1-2 large cloves;
– kefir 1% or 2,5% – 6-7 tbsp. L.;
– flour – 3-4 tbsp. L.;
– soda – 0,5 tsp;
– salt, pepper to taste.

How to cook chicken casserole.

We clean the onion and garlic.

Grind the chicken fillet, onion, and garlic into minced meat using a food processor, blender, or meat grinder, whatever you have available.

Transfer the finished mixture to a deep bowl or saucepan. Break an egg into the minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour in kefir (I used 1% kefir). Add soda. Mix until a homogeneous mass.

Add flour. We mix.

We put the resulting baking mixture in a mold, which we grease very generously with oil, so that the finished dish can be easily removed. Cover with foil.

We send it to the oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes, set the oven temperature to 190 degrees. After a certain time, remove the foil from the form and put it back in the oven to get a ruddy crust.

Remove from the oven, carefully transfer the casserole to a flat dish using a spatula.

We divide it into pieces with a sharp knife and invite the household to the table. Sweet taste.
