Ingredients:
Chicken egg 1 pcs.
Salt ½ tsp.
Chicken breast 300 g
Wheat bread 50 g
Ground black pepper ¼ tsp.
Butter 40 g
Vegetable oil 40 ml
Breadcrumbs 4 tbsp.
Milk 100 ml.
Method of cooking:
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. At the same time, we soak dry bread in milk.
Using a meat grinder, grind the chicken together with bread soaked in milk, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the minced meat until smooth.
We divide the minced meat into 4 parts (the specified amount of chicken makes 4 cutlets), make something like cakes from it and put a piece of butter in the middle of each cake.
Now we give the minced meat the shape of cutlets so that the oil remains inside.
Roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs, then in beaten egg, then again in breadcrumbs and fry in a moderately heated pan with oil until a golden crust forms on both sides. If the cutlets are thick, you can briefly cover them with a lid.
Chicken cutlets are best served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
They should be eaten carefully so that the oil comes out as little as possible.
