Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breasts (fillets) — 1 kg,
Tomatoes — 0.5 kg,
Hard cheese — 100 g,
salt to taste
spices (different to taste),
vegetable oil for greasing the pan.
Method of cooking:
Beat the fillet a little. Preferably on both sides.
Then put the pieces on a baking sheet greased with oil. Or you can put it on a plate if you bake the dish in the microwave. At the same time, the side of the lump that goes from the outside should be at the bottom – with the film. Salt the fillet, pepper and add various dry spices to taste and preferences. I have freshly ground black pepper and basil leaves. You can add spicy seasonings if you are a fan of such food.
We wash, dry and cut the tomatoes into even, thin slices.
Place slices of tomatoes on top of the beaten fillet. Sprinkle the tomatoes with chopped fresh herbs – I have parsley. This will make our chicken not only fragrant and tasty, but also beautiful.
And after that, sprinkle the tomatoes with grated cheese on top. You can add a little Italian accent by using pieces of mozzarella. Bake the dish in an oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. In the case of a microwave (for example, in the office), choose the mode yourself.
Such a chicken is usually served with sliced vegetables, but it can be eaten without a side dish. All the ingredients are simple and affordable, so I recommend you to please yourself and your loved ones in the near future.
