Today I decided to cook chicken in a sleeve. Yesterday, my lump went on fricassee. And today it was the turn of the legs, thighs and wings, I thought for a long time what to do with them and to begin with I decided to marinate them in soy sauce, and only then decide what to do next, while they were marinating I found a baking sleeve in the cupboard and decided that today we will have chicken in a sleeve marinated in soy sauce.

I also decided to bake it together with potatoes. And so, to cook a chicken in a sleeve, we will need the following ingredients: chicken – these will be legs, thighs and wings.

Ingredients:
chicken – pieces;
soy sauce – 5 tablespoons;
onion – 1 head;
salt – to taste;
spices – to taste;
potatoes – to taste.

How to cook chicken in a sleeve.

First, wash the chicken pieces in water, then marinate them in soy sauce.

I marinated the chicken for about an hour and a half. While the chicken is marinating, wash and peel the potatoes.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Then we put the potatoes in a baking bag, add chopped onions, salt, pepper, I also added dried basil, dried dill and granulated garlic. Clamp the bag with your hand and shake it several times to mix the contents.

After the chicken is marinated, put it on the potatoes, and pour the marinade – soy sauce – on top.

Close the baking bag and poke three holes with a toothpick to let air out.

Put in the oven at a temperature of 220-230 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Ten minutes before readiness, cut the package so that the chicken browns. After the chicken is cooked, put it on plates and eat it, everyone has a pleasant taste!

I indicate the cooking time, excluding marinating, it takes about an hour.
