Ingredients:
Potatoes 200 g
Celery root 150 g
1 red onion
Onion (100g) 1 pc.
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Chicken fillet 1300 g
Salt 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper ¼ tsp.
Carrot 100 g
Courgettes 100 g
Eggplants 100 g
Garlic cloves 8 pc.
Prunes 100 g
Sour cream 200 g
Cheddar 180 g
Method of cooking:
Clean, wash and grate the celery root.
Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, coat them with oil and put them on a hot pan. Fry on all sides.
And when the meat turns white, add grated celery root and chopped onion to the chicken. Mix everything and fry, add salt and ground pepper to taste.
Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into small cubes.
Clean, wash and cut carrots.
Clean, wash and cut eggplant and zucchini into cubes.
Fry the potatoes with carrots in oil and high heat until they are lightly golden brown.
Add pieces of eggplant and zucchini to the potatoes. Fry and add salt to taste at the end.
Wash prunes. Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces. Divide into 4 parts.
Put a layer of meat in pots (2/3 of the total amount of meat), add prunes and garlic to each.
Next, lay out the vegetables in a layer, and another layer of meat on top. Add a tablespoon of sour cream. Sour cream can be pre-mixed with finely chopped greens.
Grate the cheese and put it on top.
Close the pots with a lid and place in a heated oven, bake for 20 minutes at 200°. Then open the lid and bake for another 15 minutes.
