Chicken legs in a bag » Culinary recipes of dishes with photos. home cuisine
Ingredients:
Puff pastry (fresh or yeast) — 500 gr.
chicken leg – 6 pcs.
mushrooms (fresh or frozen) – 300 gr.
potatoes – 700 gr.
onions – 2 pcs.
milk – 50 ml
butter – 30 g
pepper
salt
oil.
Method of cooking:
Peel and boil the potatoes. Prepare puree with butter.
Clean and finely chop the onion and mushrooms.
Cook fried mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil
mix with puree.
Fry the chicken legs until cooked, adding salt.
Roll out the dough to 3 mm and cut into squares.
At the bottom of the square, put scraps of dough as it becomes thicker. Top with a couple of spoonfuls of the filling, and then the drumstick.
Form “bags”, fastening with scraps of dough or thread, which must be removed after baking.
Put on a greased form.
Bake at 180* until the dough is ready.
