Batter:
Yogurt 200 ml
Lemon 0.5 pcs.
Fresh parsley 0.25 bunch
Mustard 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic 3 cloves
Salt 1 pinch.

Method of cooking:
For this dish, take: chicken legs, yogurt without additives, garlic, mustard, half a lemon, bread crumbs, butter, parsley.

Wash the chicken legs and dry them with paper towels. Rub with pepper and salt. Leave for an hour in a cool place.

Chop the parsley as finely as possible.

In a deep bowl, mix yogurt with greens and mustard. Squeeze 3 cloves of garlic and juice of half a lemon. Add 4 pinches of salt. Mix thoroughly and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Dip each chicken leg first in yogurt batter, and then roll in breadcrumbs.

Place the chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put a small piece of butter on each leg. Bake in an oven heated to 180 °C until golden brown for 50-60 minutes.

Cool the baked legs a little and serve with a side dish.
