Chicken liver julienne. Culinary recipe.
Ingredients:
Chicken liver – 500 g,
Mushrooms – 500 g.,
Onion – 2 pc.,
olive oil,
Hard cheese – 200 g,
Sour cream and mayonnaise two tablespoons each,
Pepper, salt.
Method of cooking:
Cut the onion and fry it in olive oil until translucent. Add the chopped liver and cook until half done.
Add chopped mushrooms, also fry. Salt and pepper.
Place the almost ready dish in small pots and sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese.
Spread with mayonnaise. Then send it to the oven for baking.
After 15-20 minutes, the dish is ready to eat.
