Ingredients:
800 gr. – chicken fillet,
200 gr. – hard cheese,
three eggs
breadcrumbs from half a loaf,
salt,
vegetable oil – only for frying.

How to cook chicken nuggets with cheese.

The chicken fillet needs to be thawed, but to make it easier to cut, it should not be done completely. During further processing, it will finally melt. So, cut the fillet into small pieces. Cool the cheese and grate it on a fine grater. We take any hard cheese that you like.

Mix pieces of fillet with grated cheese. It turns out a kind of minced meat. You need to salt as needed, the cheese may have enough salt. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and pepper and beat well with a fork. Form a ball from the minced meat. And dip it well in the egg from all sides.

Then roll in breadcrumbs. At the same time, press down a little to form a cutlet. Crackers are best prepared from a loaf. Just dry and pass them through a meat grinder. To taste, you can add fried sesame seeds to the crackers. We use all the minced meat and bread all the nuggets at once. So as not to waste time on it later.

Fry on both sides in oil. On medium heat or slightly stronger. Frying time on each side is about two minutes.

Nuggets are served hot. In order not to overload the body with a full program, it is better to serve vegetables as a side dish.
