Ingredients:
– 500 g of minced chicken,
-1 onion,
-2 eggs (1 for minced meat, 1 for greasing),
-2 tbsp. cheese
– 8-10 boiled quail eggs,
-1 package of puff pastry 250g,
– salt, spices to taste,
-sesame seeds for sprinkling.

Method of cooking:
Cover the round form with baking paper.

Cut the dough into strips 3 cm wide, spread along the edge of the form, but so that half of the ribbon hangs down.

Prepare the minced meat in the usual way, + onion + cheese + beaten egg, mix everything well. Salt and add spices to taste.

Spread most of the minced meat in a circle on the strips of dough, then the quail eggs.

Cover the eggs with the rest of the minced meat. We connect the ends of the dough strips, you can twist them with a spiral. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

We send it to the oven heated to 180 *, bake for 30 minutes, until the minced meat is ready and the dough is ruddy. We take it out and serve it.
