Chicken roll with mushrooms and bell pepper. Recipe with photos / Side dishes / Delicious

Cover the board with cling film, sprinkle it with water, lay out the fillet. Cut the fillet lengthwise and unfold it like a book.

Cover the fillet with cling film and beat well. You can hit it with a bottle, a rolling pin or the flat side of a meat mallet so as not to tear the fibers of the fillet.

Salt and pepper the cut fillets on both sides. Place on a plate, cover with cling film and put in the fridge.

We are preparing the filling for the roll. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

Fry the mushrooms in oil and salt.

Cut the pepper into short strips.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Beat the egg with a mixer into a thick foam.

Add prepared mushrooms, pepper, basil, cheese to the beaten egg and mix everything.

On a board covered with cling film (don’t forget to sprinkle the film with water), lay out two pieces of the beaten fillet, so that one piece slightly covers the other, and beat it in the place of the overlay.

Put the filling in the middle and wrap it in a roll using cling film.

Place the roll seam side down on a hot pan with oil. And over high heat, fry it on each side until golden brown.

While the roll is frying, prepare the sauce. To do this, mix soy sauce, paprika and honey in a bowl.

Put the fried roll on foil, pour sauce over it. Wrap the foil and place the roll in an oven heated to 200 °C. Bake for 30 minutes. Chicken roll with mushrooms and bell pepper is ready.
