Chicken salad with omelette » Recipes with photos. home cuisine

Ingredients:
300 g of chicken fillet,
200 g of Korean carrots,
100 g of salad onions,
3 tbsp. vinegar,
3 homemade raw eggs,
salt,
mayonnaise for dressing,
vegetable oil for frying.

Method of cooking:
Peel the onion, cut into thin strips.

Put in a salad bowl, pour vinegar plus 3 tbsp. water
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Boil the chicken fillet.

We are preparing an omelet strip.
Shake one egg and a pinch of salt until smooth.

Pour a little vegetable oil on a heated pan.
Pour the egg and fry it.

Turn over and fry on the other side.

Fry the other two eggs in the same way, one at a time.
Stack the pancakes.

Twist them into one roll.

Cut into thin strips about half a centimeter wide.

Disassemble the chicken fillet into fibers (exactly disassemble, this way the salad will be tastier).

Drain the vinegar from the onion.

Add chicken fillet, carrots, and omelet strip to onions.

Add mayonnaise, mix well.
