Chicken salad with prunes. How to prepare a salad.

I offer to your attention a very tasty salad with prunes. This is one of my favorite salads to make for the holidays.

prunes – 20 pcs.;
chicken breast – 1 pc.;
chicken eggs – 3 pc.;
mushrooms – 350 g;
onion – 1 pc.;
mayonnaise – 200 g;
butter for frying – 30 g;
salt – to taste.

It is quite simple to make, the main thing is to prepare all the necessary ingredients. To do this, boil the breast in salted water, let it cool, and then take it out (so it will be juicier) and divide it into fibers.

And while the breast was cooking, I washed the prunes, poured boiling water over them and chopped them finely.

Boiled eggs and grated them on a coarse grater.

I cut the onion into cubes and fried it in butter (you can add a little salt when frying).

I did the same with mushrooms.

After frying, onions and mushrooms should be mixed and you can start assembling the salad. Put prunes as the first layer.

Lubricate with mayonnaise and lay out the processed breast.

We lightly salt the brisket and also grease it with mayonnaise. Put onions and mushrooms on top.

It is not necessary to grease this layer, we spread the grated eggs on top of it.

In general, according to the idea, I smear this layer with mayonnaise and put a fresh cucumber grated on a coarse grater on top, but this time there was no cucumber at hand, so at this stage I finished my salad.
