olive oil – 2 tbsp. L.;
mustard – 1 tbsp. L.;
garlic – 3 cloves;

Baked chicken thighs are a quick and easy dinner option for the whole family. The recipe is suitable for both everyday and special occasions. They can be served with vegetables and your favorite salad.

  1. If desired, remove joint capsules and excess fat with a sharp small knife. Dry the finished legs with a paper towel.

The shortest marinating time is 1 hour. Then we do not put the bowl with meat in spices in the refrigerator, but on the table at room temperature. You can start heating the oven 20 minutes before the end of the marinating time. However, I recommend preparing the meat with the marinade the day before baking, preferably in the evening. Leave the meat in the refrigerator overnight, and 1 hour before baking, remove the bowl from the refrigerator.
