Method of cooking:
Chicken breast – 800 gr.,
Eggplants – 900 gr.,
Soy sauce — 100 ml.,
Wine vinegar – 50 ml.,
Sugar – 3 tbsp. l.,
Dry ginger – 0,5 tsp.
Sesame – 1 tsp.
Flour – 2 tsp,
Garlic – 1 clove,
Red hot pepper – 1 on the tip of a knife.

Method of cooking:
Let’s take all the ingredients we need. Cut the eggplants into cubes, and the breast into strips, so that the width of one strip is about 1 cm.

We heat the pan, add oil and fry it on a sufficiently high heat so that the chicken is well fried.

After placing the chicken on a plate, throw the eggplants into the pan. Add ginger, garlic and 60 ml of water to them, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium, cover the pan with a lid and fry for 20 minutes, stirring. It is important that all the liquid eventually evaporates.

Take a separate dish and mix in it: soy sauce, vinegar, sesame, flour, pepper and sugar.

Next, add the chicken to the eggplants and pour the prepared mixture. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and fry until the sauce thickens.
