Chicken with pineapples under a cheese crust for the New Year – a recipe with a photo

Today we will prepare a fairly simple, but at the same time unusual and not everyday dish – chicken fillet with pineapple and cheese for the New Year’s table. Try this combination of products and decide for yourself whether this dish will decorate your New Year’s table or not.

Ingredients:
chicken fillet;
pineapples in circles;
cheese;
mayonnaise;
salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the chicken breast fillet into plates 1-1,5 cm thick. Next, it must be beaten off nicely on both sides. To prevent the meat from splashing in different directions, cover it with cling film.

Season the meat with salt and, if desired, pepper it on both sides and place it on an oiled baking sheet.

Spread mayonnaise on each piece and place pineapple rings.

We rub the hard cheese on a grater and sprinkle our dish. Put the chicken with pineapples in the oven heated to 180-200 degrees for half an hour.
