Chili con carne. Recipe with photo / Second dishes / Delicious

Add bell pepper, chili pepper and spices (oregano, cumin, hot pepper) to the fried meat. Salt, mix and fry for 5 minutes.

After that, add chopped tomatoes (without skin) and, to make the dish thinner, a little water (I added 100 ml). Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes. (until the meat is soft).

If necessary, add salt to the dish, add a pinch of sugar, beans (without liquid), mix and stew everything together for another 5-10 minutes.
