Ingredients:
1 kg of soft pork, preferably the fillet part
1 large onion
2 carrots
1 large sweet pepper
250 g of corn starch
0,5 tbsp of carbonated water
salt pepper
3 tablespoons of sesame
2 tablespoons of any soy sauce
3 tablespoons of pomegranate sauce, you can use juice
4 tablespoons of sugar
vegetable oil 500 ml.

Method of cooking:
Cut the meat into strips 5 cm long and 2 cm wide.

Put in a bowl, salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, dilute the starch with carbonated water, mix well and pour into the meat, also mix very well.

Let stand for 30 minutes or 1 hour.

Pour vegetable oil into a deep fryer or cauldron, heat it over medium heat so that you can hear it sizzling, then add the meat and fry until golden on both sides.

If the meat sticks, separate it with a fork.

The meat will turn out in such a crispy shell, you can eat it like that, but it is tastier with the sauce.

Next, in another pan, fry the onion cut into half rings, grate the carrot thinly and long.

Pepper strips, fry all this for 5 minutes.
Pour out the fat from the cauldron where the meat was fried, put the meat there, add a little of the fat in which it was fried, add onions, carrots, and onions – mix.

Mix soy sauce, pomegranate sauce and sugar, add half a glass of water and mix well.

Pour this sauce over the meat, add sesame seeds and fry for 10 minutes, stirring all the time so that the meat turns brown and everything is covered in the sauce and sesame seeds.
