Chocolate cheese paste

We cook like this:
1. Mix cheese with sour cream and beat with a blender.
2. Grate the chocolate on a fine grater, add powdered sugar and mix. Add chocolate to the curd mass, put the peel, mix.
3. Put the curd mass in a mold for cheese paste, cover with cheesecloth, put the wick on top. Put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
5. Remove the strip from the mold. If desired, you can pour it with melted chocolate.
