Chocolate mousse – a dessert recipe with a photo

Today’s recipe is a very simple, tasty and quick dessert. It happens that the guests are already at the door, and there is very little time to prepare the dessert, so it can be prepared in a short time. Try this airy, delicious chocolate mousse.

chocolate – 200 g;
cream – 8 tbsp. l;
eggs – 4;
powdered sugar – 2 tbsp. l.

The process of making chocolate mousse.

First, melt the chocolate with hot cream. For taste, you can add any liqueur, in this case – orange.

After about 5 minutes, the chocolate will melt and then it can be easily mixed with the cream.

Separately, beat 4 egg yolks with powdered sugar. Beat until the yolks turn white and increase in volume.

Beat 4 egg yolks in the same way.

Now it remains to combine yolks and whites with chocolate. It is best to mix the protein in 2 stages with a spatula or a spoon from top to bottom, so the mousse will retain its maximum volume.

As soon as everything is well mixed, you can pour it into cream cups or small glasses. The mousse must stand for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. When the chocolate cools down, you can serve the dessert to the table. Decorate according to your own taste.
