Chocolate mousse

1. Wash prunes, remove pits. Peel the walnuts and divide them into halves. Place half of a walnut in each prune and spread into 6 sockets, 3 pieces in each.

2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a steam bath, stirring constantly.

3. Beat cheese with cream until smooth, gradually add chocolate and grated mint.

4. Pour prune mousse in the sockets and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. Before serving, decorate the mousse with nuts.
