100 ml of semi-dry red wine

2 bars of chocolate

Put chocolate in a Turk, fill with water. Put on the fire so that the chocolate melts. Add cinnamon. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

Pour wine into an enamel pan and warm it up a little. Pour the melted chocolate into the wine, stirring constantly, and heat the mulled wine to 70 degrees, that is, so that even the bubbles do not have time to form.

Pour into a tall goblet made of thick glass and use hot!
