Chocolate pudding in 15 minutes – a dessert recipe with a photo

Today we will prepare a very simple, quick to prepare, light and tasty dessert – it will be chocolate pudding, all the ingredients are simple. I always cook it when I don’t have much time, but I want something tasty and unusual in taste.

sugar – 130 g (3/4 cup);
cocoa – 30 g (1/2 cup);
corn starch – 3 tbsp. l.;
soy milk (I have regular) – 600 ml (3 glasses);
vanilla extract (vanilla sugar, vanillin) — 1 tsp.

cream 33% for whipping;
powdered sugar – 1 tbsp. l.;
chocolate syrup.

The process of making pudding.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom, first mix all the dry ingredients – cocoa, starch and sugar. Mix everything well.

Now gradually add 3 cups of milk and continue to stir so that there are no lumps.

Now bring this mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring with a whisk.

The mixture should be brought to a boil, then reduce the heat to a minimum and continue simmering until it thickens. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.

It turned out a very beautiful glossy pudding. Pour it into cream cups and let it cool a little at room temperature. Then cover with cling film and put in the fridge for 2 hours.

After the pudding has hardened in the refrigerator, take it out, remove the cling film and decorate to taste. For example, cream, nuts or berries can be poured with syrup on top.
