Christmas chocolate bar

Melt black and white chocolate in separate bowls over a water bath. First, pour the black chocolate on the cling film, then the white chocolate on top, carefully make the edges with a knife. Sprinkle crushed caramel cane on top and leave to harden. The chocolate bar can then be wrapped in gift paper whole or broken into uneven pieces and packed.
