For the festive table, especially for the New Year, you always want to cook something unusual and very tasty. Salads are definitely prepared by everyone, so I decided to make a delicious Christmas tree. To be honest, it turned out to be the most delicious salad.

The highlight of this salad is fried mushrooms, they give an unusual taste to a standard set of salad ingredients (egg, corn, crabs. ).

mushrooms – 400 g;
chicken eggs – 4 pc.;
crab sticks – 200-300 g;
chicken fillet – 400 g;
canned corn – 1 can;
greens – 1 bunch;
mayonnaise – 100-150 g;
sour cream – 100 g.

How to prepare Christmas tree salad.

First of all, finely chop fresh mushrooms and fry in sunflower oil until slightly golden.

Hard-boil chicken eggs (10 minutes) and finely chop.

We send the eggs to the mushrooms in a deep bowl so that it is convenient to mix.

Boil the chicken breast in salted water until ready, let it cool.

Then finely chop.

Crab sticks (I took one small package), cut into small pieces in the same way.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Add canned corn and some chopped greens to the salad.

It is better to dress the salad with sour cream and mayonnaise in a 1:1 ratio, but so that the salad does not turn out too “liquid” and you can lay out a cone from it.

Lightly tamping with a large spoon, we lay out a tall cone on a flat plate.

Then we decorate our Christmas tree with green dill and parsley (you can use only dill – it also looks great). I cut a star out of a carrot and placed it on the very “top” using a toothpick.

Then you need to “hang the toys on the Christmas tree, anything in the kitchen will do for this. I decorated it with pieces of carrot, corn, pomegranate seeds and put dots with mayonnaise. It turned out a wonderful Christmas tree salad!
