Ingredients:
Milk 250 ml
Cocoa powder 10 g
Dark chocolate (with 60% cocoa content) 15-25 g
Chili pepper is ground to taste
Vanilla sugar (bag) 1 pc
Water 50 ml
Ground cinnamon to taste.

Preparation:
Bring the milk to a boil. Combine cocoa and hot pepper, mix. Add a little hot water to the cocoa, mix. Add another portion of water and mix again.

Add cocoa to hot milk, mix until smooth. Pour the remaining cocoa with hot water, mix, add cocoa to the milk and heat the drink for 2 minutes.

Put the chocolate in the milk, stir when the chocolate is almost dissolved, add cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Stir, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.

We serve hot cocoa in a milk jug. Mix the cocoa before serving.
