Method of cooking:
Boil milk in a thick-walled aluminum saucepan, reduce the heat to a minimum.

About an hour later, slowly add sugar.

Stirring often to prevent burning, evaporate excess moisture. When the milk boils like this, the condensed milk is ready.

Remove the milk from the heat, cool and store in the refrigerator.
About a kilogram of condensed milk will be obtained from this amount of products.
