Cookies Easter chickens

1. Mix sugar with eggs, add melted margarine, baking soda extinguished with vinegar, chopped nuts, flour and knead the dough (it should stick well to your hands).

2. Cut a chicken mold from cardboard. Roll out the dough into a layer 3-5 mm thick and, using a cardboard mold, carefully cut out the chicken. Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake in the oven until golden. Take the cookies out and cool.

3. Prepare the glaze: beat the egg whites, add lemon juice and, stirring constantly, add powdered sugar until a mass similar to thick sour cream is formed. Beat the glaze until a stable relief is formed, divide it into several parts, add different food dyes to each part. Decorate the cooled cookies with colorful icing.

* Cookies can be made in the shape of other animals, and you can, if you wish, cover them with jam and not decorate with glaze.
