Cucumber salad with squid » Culinary recipes with photos. home cuisine

Ingredients:
Squid – 2-3 carcasses
Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Onion – 1 pcs.
Mayonnaise – 2 Art. l.
Natural yogurt – 2 tbsp. l.

Method of cooking:
First, thawed squid carcasses must be processed: remove the film from both sides, it is easier under running water, remove the entrails and also the spine (transparent plate). Then we dip the squid one by one into the boiling salted water. We lower each squid only in boiling water, count to ten and immediately take it out. And so are all the other squids. They will be gentle. If we overcook, then we will have to cook the carcasses for another 40 minutes, and as a result, we will take out two times smaller ones.

Cut the cooled squid into strips.

Cucumbers should also be cut into strips.

Cut the onion into rings or rings, cover with boiling water.

Grate the eggs on a coarse grater or cut them into cubes.

Mix all the ingredients, make a mayonnaise and natural yogurt dressing.
