Cutlets in dough. The recipe for cooking cutlets.

Let’s cook patties in the dough with us. I always have minced meat in the refrigerator, I stock up on it in advance. And flour and yeast are the products that I cannot do without in the kitchen.

Today, I cheated a little and made the dough in the bread machine. She has been helping me a lot lately. The dough is very soft and you don’t need to wipe the table from flour.

Ingredients:
For the dough:
whey – 1 glass;
yeast – 30 g;
salt – a pinch;
vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. L.;
sugar – 1 tbsp. l.;
flour – 300 g.

For cutlets:
minced meat – 500 g;
onion – 1 pc.;
egg – 1 pcs.;
potatoes – 1 pc., but large;
salt, spices, vegetable oil.

First, of course, I kneaded the dough using a bread machine. I poured all the liquid ingredients into the container, set the “dough” mode and turned on the machine.

The flour was added gradually so that the dough was well kneaded. From time to time, the dough is suitable for a little more than an hour. But if it is not possible to do it in a bread machine, then it is not a problem. Manual dough kneading is the most valuable in cooking.

While the dough was rising, I began to fry the cutlets. I mixed everything necessary. The only thing I will say is that I will add the meatballs to the grated potatoes. This ingredient replaces bread if you don’t like to put it in patties. Everything else I do the same as everyone else.

I bread the cutlets in flour and fry them on both sides. I leave one part of the cutlets in this form for dinner, and the second (larger) part, which I am preparing to bake in the dough.

While I was working on the cutlets, the dough was already prepared, rose 3 times, and I began to form the buns. She separated a piece from the dough, made a “worm” out of it and wrapped it around the cutlet. I made such manipulations with other cutlets and dough. In the end, I got 12 cutlets. Brushed with an egg and baked in the oven for about 30 minutes.

These ruddy and appetizing buns with meatballs turned out.
