Ingredients:

How to cook cutlets in the oven.

For these cutlets, you can take any minced meat: from chicken they will be lean and require gravy, as in my case, from fatty pork – juicy and will go well without any sauces. You can add pork lard to minced chicken.

Grind all the vegetables using a meat grinder. Young tender cabbage can simply be finely chopped, rough, which is sold in winter – just grind. Add minced meat, semolina, salt and pepper.

Form patties with wet hands. Abundantly grease a non-stick baking sheet with vegetable oil, place the cutlets at some distance from each other.

A few minutes before readiness, I brush the chicken cutlets with melted butter and turn on the grill, so they brown better. This can not be done for pork.

Put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Sauce for chicken cutlets: melt 75 grams of butter in a saucepan, add 1,5 tablespoons of flour, stir so that there are no lumps, pour 1,5 cups of water.

Boil the gravy until slightly thickened, add a teaspoon of tomato paste, salt, bay leaf or other favorite spices, you can have a ready-made mixture for chicken or pork. Dip the cutlets in the sauce, simmer under the lid for a few minutes.
