Ingredients:
• 4 large potatoes (8 medium),
• 2 chicken breast fillets,
• 700 gr. frozen mushrooms (you can use any mushrooms, including fresh ones),
• 2 large bulbs,
• mayonnaise (150-200 grams),
• sour cream (100 grams),
• sunflower oil,
• hard cheese (150-200 grams),
• 2 Art. l. milk or cream,
• salt,
• ground black pepper,
• 2 cloves of garlic,
curry,
• nutmeg,
• seasoning for chicken,
• Seasoning for potatoes.

Preparation:
1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into circles. Place the potato circles in a mold or on a baking sheet greased with oil. Pour a couple of spoonfuls of milk or cream over the potatoes (so that the potatoes bake faster). Salt, pepper, sprinkle with seasoning for potatoes.
2. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, place on potatoes, salt, pepper, sprinkle with chicken seasoning, a little ground nutmeg and curry.
3. Clean the onion, cut it into half rings, fry it in vegetable oil. As soon as the onion turns golden, add mushrooms and fry.
4. Spread a mixture of fried mushrooms and onions on a layer of chicken fillet.
5. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, squeeze garlic into the mixture and mix. Lubricate a layer of mushrooms with this mixture.
6. Put in the oven for about an hour – 180*.
7. 5-10 minutes before readiness, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
