Deruna with minced meat – a recipe with a photo

Hello everybody! Today I decided to share with you a recipe for darun, which my family loves so much. Excellent idea! I recently learned that all kinds of components can be added to potato mash. It turns out very tasty!

WARNING! I made thin layers, fried for about 3 minutes on each side, and then covered with a lid – this was enough for the minced meat to cook, I didn’t have a single piece that didn’t overcook.

Ingredients:
potato – 6 pc.;
onion – 1 pc.;
chicken eggs – 4 pc.;
minced pork and beef – 250 g;
wheat flour – 2 tablespoons;
oil – for frying;
salt – to taste;
ground black pepper – to taste.

I start cooking by preparing the filling. I took ready-made minced meat, finely chopped the onion, added salt and pepper to the minced meat and broke two eggs into it, mixed everything thoroughly.

Now I prepare the dough for the dough, I wash and clean the potatoes, rub them on a fine grater, (it is important that it is fine) add salt, pepper and break two eggs in the same way, add flour and mix everything thoroughly.

Then I pour a little oil on the pan and put the pan on the fire, heat it up. I spread the potato dough with a tablespoon on a heated pan and make small cakes.

I spread minced meat on top of the cake.

Then, on top of the minced meat, I spread the potato dough (also a tablespoon) and evenly distribute it over the minced meat.

Fry on both sides, then reduce the gas and cover with a lid for 4-5 minutes.

Derunas are very tasty and filling.

It is best served with sour cream. Enjoy everyone!
