Dinner for the whole family – a recipe with a photo

Today’s recipe is for a very tasty, hearty and aromatic dish. Such a dish can be put both on the festive table and prepared for dinner. It is prepared very simply.

ribs – 1,5 kg;
salt – 1 tsp;
mustard – 2 tbsp. L.;
sour cream – 100 ml;
garlic – 2-3 cloves;
potatoes – 1,5 kg;
seasoning – any;
vegetable oil – 50 ml.

The process of preparing dinner for the whole family.

We take ribs (in this case, pork). Salt, add meat seasoning, grain mustard and sour cream. Add garlic with its green part (at your request). Leave to marinate.

Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them in half. If you have a small one, then leave it whole. Add salt, your favorite seasoning and olive or sunflower oil. Mix everything well.

We take a baking sleeve and first put potatoes on one half of the sleeve, and ribs on the other. We tie everything and send it to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 1-1,2 hours. Make sure the potatoes are ruddy and the ribs are well cooked.

We tear the sleeve (be careful). As a result, we got such a ruddy and very aromatic delicacy. We put it on a dish and we can serve it on the table. If desired, you can add greens.
