For juice with celery:
fresh ginger root – 25 g;
celery – 250 g;
apples – 250 g;
lemon – 200 g;
possible additives: water, honey, parsley.

For carrot juice:
fresh ginger root – 25 g;
carrots – 320 g;
lemon – 200 g;
fresh mint – 3 sprigs;
possible additives: water, honey, lemon balm leaves.

For juice with tangerines:
fresh ginger root – 30 g;
tangerines or oranges – 700 g;
lemon – 200 g;
possible additives: water, honey, mint leaves or lemon balm.

For turmeric juice:
fresh ginger root – 30 g;
fresh turmeric root – 15 g;
lemon – 200 g;
oranges – 200 g;
honey – about 25 g;
possible additives: water, chili pepper.

I offer you 4 super simple ways to prepare very useful and tasty juices that will help strengthen your immunity and get great pleasure at the same time.

The process of making drinks.

Juice with celery.

Wash all ingredients thoroughly under cold running water. Divide the apple into 2 or 4 parts. Peel the lemon and remove the seeds. A piece of ginger does not need to be peeled or cut into smaller pieces. Dry the celery from excess water and, if necessary, divide it in half.

Place the prepared ingredients in the opening of the juicer. Turn on the machine and, if necessary, use the pusher to pass all the fruits and vegetables through the auger for juicing. From this amount of ingredients, I got about 200 ml of juice, ready for consumption. If necessary, it can be easily diluted by mixing the drink with water with the addition of natural honey.

Juice with carrots.

Thoroughly rinse all the ingredients for the carrot drink under running cold water. Peel the carrots and cut off the ends. Peel the lemon and remove the seeds. A piece of ginger does not need to be peeled or cut into smaller pieces. Dry the sprigs of fresh mint from excess water.

Place the prepared ingredients in the opening of the juicer. Pass all fruits and vegetables through the auger for juicing. From this amount of ingredients, I got about 180 ml of ready-to-drink juice. If necessary, it can be easily diluted by mixing the drink with water with the addition of natural honey.

Juice with tangerines.

Thoroughly rinse all the ingredients for the juice under running cold water. Peel the lemon, tangerines or oranges and remove the pits.

Advice: fresh lemon balm or mint leaves also go well with tangerine.

Place the prepared ingredients in the opening of the juicer. I got about 450 ml of ready-to-drink juice.

Juice with turmeric.

Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Peel the lemon and orange and remove the seeds. Save the tablespoon of honey for later, because we add it to the juice.

Advice: a little chili powder or a piece of fresh hot pepper, which can also be passed through a juicer, is also suitable for such a juice.

Place the prepared ingredients in the opening of the juicer. I got about 200 ml of juice. Add a tablespoon of natural honey to it and mix thoroughly. If necessary, it can be further diluted with water.

I recommend that you drink these freshly squeezed juices immediately after making them. They can be sweetened with natural honey and, if necessary, diluted with boiled water.
