for the tist:
Flour – 430g
Water – 200 ml
Salt – 1/8 tsp.
Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.

For filling:
Black currant ~ 300-350g
Sugar – 150 g

Prepare dough for dumplings: dissolve salt in warm water, sift flour. Add water with salt and vegetable oil to the flour, knead the dough, wrap in cling film and leave for an hour.

Prepare the filling: sort the black currants, separate them from the twigs, wash them, dry them well, mix them with sugar (do not crush the berries).

Roll out the dough into a thin layer with a thickness of 1 mm, cut circles with a diameter of ~ 6-7 cm, put a little filling on the circles, lightly sprinkle with semolina, connect the edges of the dumpling and pinch well. Spread the molded dumplings on a surface well sprinkled with flour.

Boil dumplings in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes after they float, you can serve them with sour cream or whipped cream.
