Ingredients:
For the dough:
milk – 250 milliliters,
egg – 1 pc.,
flour – 500 g,
yeast – 30 g,
vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons,
sugar – 1 tbsp. l.,
Sil – 1 tsp
For the sauce:
meat broth – 2 tablespoons,
vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.,
garlic – 3-4 cloves,
greens – 1 bunch,
salt – 1/2 tsp.
Method of cooking:
Heat the milk a little to a warm state. Add yeast, egg and sugar to the milk, add salt and pour vegetable oil, mix everything thoroughly. Add sifted flour and knead a not very stiff dough.
Cover the dough with a towel and put it in a bowl in a warm place for about 1 hour. The dough should gradually increase in volume almost twice.
When the dough is ready, knead it and divide it into balls, put them in a mold greased with vegetable oil, while greasing each ball so that they separate easily.
Cover with a towel and let the dough rise for 10-15 minutes.
Bake donuts in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees until ready.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. To do this, grind the garlic with a garlic press and mix with salt. Add chopped greens, vegetable oil and meat broth. Mix everything thoroughly.
Spread the baked donuts while still hot with garlic sauce. And you can serve it warm.
