Preparation:

Boil the potatoes, mash them with a pestle. Saute onions, mix with potatoes, salt and pepper everything. It must be cooled. About 50 medium dumplings will be made from these products.

Roll out the dough thinly, cut circles with a glass. We spread the filling on each and “glue” to pinch the edges.

Ready dumplings can be frozen. Boil in salted water with the addition of a bay leaf.

Serve with herbs and sour cream. You can add crushed garlic and pepper with salt to sour cream, it turns out very tasty!

And sauerkraut with onion and oil to taste.
