Easter cake – a festive dessert recipe with a photo

For the cake, I used the “Milk Girl” recipe, but did not bake it in the oven, but in a pan. It turned out to be nothing complicated, and it turned out very quickly. The cake from this amount of ingredients is small, 600-700 g.

condensed milk – 1 can;
chicken eggs – 2 pcs.;
baking powder – 10 g;
wheat flour – 1 cup;
sour cream 30% – 300 g;
powdered sugar – 3 tbsp. l.;
vanillin – to taste;
vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.

The process of making a holiday cake.

Mix condensed milk and 2 large eggs.

Pour a glass of flour mixed with baking powder, then a spoonful of vegetable oil, mix with a whisk.

For baking, I used a small frying pan with a diameter of 16 cm. Before each pancake, I lightly greased the pan with oil. The dough turns out to be liquid, rather sticky, so it spreads over the pan rather slowly. Nevertheless, everything worked out.

Bake for about a minute on each side. I got such a stack of 8 cakes.

For the cream, I whipped 300 g of 30% sour cream with vanillin and 3 tbsp. l. powdered sugar

The cakes turned out to be quite uneven, so I used strips of thick plastic cut from a stationery folder to assemble the cake. I connected them with tape and paper clips.

She assembled the cake, smearing the cakes with whipped sour cream.

Then she put the whole structure in the refrigerator for the night. The next day, I freed the cake from the plastic strips.

I sprinkled crumbs from crushed cookies on the sides.

Decorated the cake with fondant, confectionery sprinkles and marmalade. As a variant of a very simple, quick and tasty cake – simply wonderful!
