Easter cottage cheese with poppy seeds

1. Soak gelatin, melt in a water bath, cool to room temperature. Combine cheese with sugar and vanilla, pour in gelatin. Add whipped cream, mix until smooth.

2. Pound the poppy in a mortar or twist in a meat grinder, pour milk, put sugar. Mix, heat, leave for 30 minutes.

3. Put the cheese in a pyramid shape for strips along the edges. Put the poppy seed filling in the middle, add the rest of the cheese. Put the paste in the refrigerator to harden.
