Easter snack Eggs in casings

1. Clean the boiled eggs, cut them vertically in half, remove the yolks. Grind the yolks, add mustard, salt, pepper and spices. Fill proteins with the obtained mass. Fold the egg halves together and secure with toothpicks.

2. Beat raw eggs. Grate the cheese. Bread the stuffed eggs alternately in flour, egg, cheese, again in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Then roll the eggs in your hands so that the breadcrumbs adhere more tightly to them, and fry in a deep fryer or on a pan until golden.

3. Carefully pull out the toothpicks from the finished eggs. Put the eggs on a paper towel to remove excess fat, then transfer to a plate and put in a cold place for half an hour. Decorate and serve.
